Help CenterImport iCloud Contacts by following these steps:
Step 1. Open your browser and go to www.iCloud.com/contacts. Login to your iCloud account if necessary.
Step 2. On the left side of the page, click the Gear icon and select the Import vCard... option from the menu.
Step 3. In the opened window, browse to the contacts .vcf file that you want to import and select it. Wait for the importing process (indicated next to the Gear icon) to complete. Depending on how many contacts are being imported, the process may take a while.
