Starting from Microsoft Office 2010, two different bit versions are available for installing depending on your system requirements - 32-bit or 64-bit.
Find Outlooks bit version by following these steps:
Step 1. If you are using Outlook 2013/2016/2019/Office 365, open your desktop Outlook application and go to the File option located in the top left corner of the Outlook window.

Step 2. Click the Office Account option located in the bottom left of the Outlook window.

Step 3. Click the About Outlook button located in the middle of the window.

Step 4. Once in the About Outlook window, the bit version number will be listed on the top. It will be either 32-bit or 64-bit.

Tips about finding Outlooks bit version:
- In Outlook 2010, you can find out the bit version by clicking File > Help.
- You can have 32-bit Outlook in a 64-bit Windows system. However,
it is recommended to use the same bit version as your system to avoid any
compatibility issues. - Outlook versions that are older than 2010 are all 32-bit.
